For security reasons, we changed our certificate authority and regenerated all of our servers' SSL certificates.

Because of that, if you use OpenVPN, you need to download the configuration files again; they contain new client certificates. You can download them from our download page, in the OpenVPN section for your device, or from here: https://www.rotunneling.net/config.zip .

In the past we used the StartSSL CA for our certificates, but their root CA was revoked by Mozilla, Google, and Apple from OS and browser trust, for good reason (details: here and here) so we decided to move to a new CA that is much stricter and is run by a joint effort of some of the major World Wide Web 'security guardians', such as Mozilla, Akamai, and Cisco (https://letsencrypt.org/isrg/).

We are, and always will be, dedicated to our customers' security.
